As a certified natural chef and holistic nutritionist, I care about how the food I make affects people. My main objective in creating a recipe is providing comforting nourishment and sustainable energy. This is why I opt to use a variety of gluten free flours to offer an array of different nutrients, along with all-natural fats and moderate amounts of sugar. Healthy can taste amazing! With ten years of experience cooking internationally, and having trained and taught at Bauman College, a leading holistic culinary institute in Berkeley California, you can be sure to find something you’ll love at my next farmers market!

  1. I love the site! Gluten free baked goods are rare to find.
    Anyhting with Almond butter and chocolate??

    1. We do a salted almond butter cup in the winter months! And we have an almond butter cookie that is a staple, along with brownies and three kinds of chocolate chip cookies!
