As a certified natural chef and holistic nutritionist, I care about how the food I make affects people. My main objective in creating a recipe is providing nourishment and sustainable energy. This is why I opt to use a variety of gluten free flours to achieve an array of different nutrients, along with all-natural fats and moderate amounts of sugar. With ten years of experience cooking internationally, and having trained and taught at Bauman College, a leading holistic culinary institute in Berkeley California, you can be sure to find something you’ll like at my next farmers market! I try to offer options for most diets and am happy to customize recipes for private orders.
